Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and the operator of MyOffload, an independent developer based in India (“we,” “us,” or “MyOffload”). They govern your access to and use of MyOffload. By downloading, accessing, or using MyOffload, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use MyOffload.
The MyOffload iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Where these Terms cover the MyOffload service and your account, that agreement governs your license to use the app itself.
What MyOffload Does
MyOffload helps you capture thoughts, tasks, notes, reminders, and daily plans. You can speak or type into the app, and MyOffload can organize your input into tasks, notes, reminders, tags, priorities, and plans.
MyOffload is a productivity and personal organization tool. It is not a medical, legal, financial, therapy, emergency, or professional advice service.
Accounts
You may need an account to use certain features, sync data, preserve onboarding results, access subscriptions, or use AI features. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your sign-in method secure, all activity under your account, and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, abuse the service, or are used unlawfully.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the tasks, notes, transcripts, recordings, and other content you create in MyOffload.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, store, display, and modify your content only as needed to provide MyOffload features, sync your content, process voice and text with AI services, create tasks, notes, reminders, tags, priorities, and plans, and provide support, security, and troubleshooting.
You are responsible for your content and for making sure you have the right to upload or process it.
AI Features
MyOffload uses AI to help transcribe, organize, summarize, classify, and plan. AI output may be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or not suitable for your situation.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated tasks, notes, reminders, plans, and suggestions before relying on them.
Do not rely on MyOffload for emergencies, safety-critical reminders, medical instructions, legal deadlines, financial decisions, or any situation where failure could cause harm.
Reminders and Notifications
MyOffload may provide reminders and notifications if you enable them. Notifications can be affected by device settings, operating system behavior, battery settings, network conditions, and permission status. We do not guarantee that reminders or notifications will always be delivered, delivered on time, or displayed by your device.
Subscriptions and Payment
MyOffload may offer paid subscriptions such as MyOffload Plus. Subscriptions are purchased through Apple’s in-app purchase system and may be managed through your Apple ID settings. Apple handles billing, payment method, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and taxes according to Apple’s terms.
If offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Subscription benefits may include daily AI voice offloads, smart task and note extraction, daily planning, reminders, customization, rewards, and other premium features.
Pricing, trial length, included features, and usage limits are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country, currency, tax, promotion, or App Store configuration. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Usage Limits and Fair Use
MyOffload may apply usage limits to protect service quality, manage AI costs, prevent abuse, and keep the product reliable. Limits may differ between free, trial, and paid users.
You agree not to:
- abuse, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or attack the service
- attempt to bypass usage limits, subscriptions, or security controls
- upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content
- use MyOffload to process content you do not have permission to use
- use MyOffload for spam, surveillance, harassment, or illegal activity
Third-Party Services
MyOffload depends on third-party services such as Apple, Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Gemini, Google Sign-In, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party service outages, errors, policy changes, or data practices except as required by law.
Privacy and Account Deletion
Your privacy matters. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.
You can delete your account from Settings. Account deletion is intended to remove your tasks, notes, settings, Boo rewards, profile data, profile photo, and Firebase authentication account.
Some limited information may remain where required for legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, platform, subscription, or accounting reasons. Apple and RevenueCat may retain purchase information under their own policies.
App Changes and Availability
We may change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update usage limits, subscription features, pricing, supported platforms, and AI models.
We aim to keep MyOffload useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.
Disclaimers and Liability
MyOffload is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed reminders, missed deadlines, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of MyOffload.
Our total liability for claims relating to MyOffload will not exceed the amount you paid for MyOffload in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50 if you paid nothing, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Termination
You may stop using MyOffload at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, create legal or security risk, or if required by law.
Termination does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence, and where such laws apply, they take precedence.
Apple App Store
You download MyOffload from the Apple App Store. These Terms are between you and us, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for MyOffload or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for MyOffload. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to MyOffload, including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may notify you in the app or by other appropriate means. Continued use of MyOffload after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
