What the research actually found

Regularly delaying schoolwork was linked with performance and wellbeing.

A scoping review of 79 records described academic procrastination as delaying necessary deadline-based work. Across the literature it was associated with poorer academic performance, emotional distress, school dropout, and reduced wellbeing.

A scoping review maps existing evidence. It does not prove that MyOffload prevents procrastination, improves grades, or works the same way for every student. Read the peer-reviewed review.

A useful boundary

MyOffload can organize the work. It cannot do the learning.

Where MyOffload helps

Reading, reasoning, writing, checking sources, and following your institution’s academic-integrity rules remain your responsibility.
