For busy and ADHD minds

A brain dump that does not leave you with another list to organize.

Talk for up to three minutes. MyOffload turns the useful parts into tasks, notes, dates, and requested reminders for you to review.

MyOffload is a productivity tool, not an ADHD treatment.

What makes a brain dump useful?

A brain dump becomes useful when the thought reaches a system you will actually review. MyOffload reduces the extra work by turning natural speech into structured tasks and notes, then offering tools to break down large work and order the day.

Built around common ADHD friction

Capture the thought before another thought takes its place.

MyOffload starts with the rough version, preserves useful context, and reduces the decisions required to turn it into a next step.

1

Catch it before context switches

Say several thoughts in one rough offload while the meaning is still present. You do not have to choose a list or category first.

2

Make the first step visible

Tap Break Down when “prepare the presentation” still hides research, decisions, files, and a starting point.

3

Give the day a starting point

Tap Plan My Day when choosing what comes first is using the energy you need for starting.

Say the whole intention

Keep the cue, not only the task name.

At 4 pm, remind me to check Maya's reply, update the proposal's final section, and send it.

The task has a future moment, the missing dependency, and a visible starting action. MyOffload preserves the useful context so you do not have to reconstruct it later.

Research calls remembering to carry out a delayed intention prospective memory. A systematic review found that demanding ongoing activity can make prospective remembering harder because attention and executive resources are already occupied. The review was not specific to ADHD, so this should be treated as context, not a diagnosis. Read the systematic review.

A small daily ritual

Use three minutes when the day is still circling.

You can speak tomorrow's tasks, an idea you do not want to lose, something you are waiting for, and a reminder you need later. Then review the result and stop asking your head to rehearse it.

  • Capture while the thought is present
  • Add a useful future cue
  • Break down only what is still too large
  • Plan the day when you are ready to act
Health and safety note

MyOffload has not been clinically tested as an ADHD treatment. It cannot diagnose ADHD, guarantee task completion, or explain new or worsening memory changes. If forgetfulness is affecting safety or interfering substantially with daily life, speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
